New Documentary claims ” Boyfriend of missing teenager Tarasha Benjamin hired two men who were moving to Florida from Selma to abandon teen, after she alledgedly damaged his car

United States, April 04,2014/Free-Press-Release.com/ — In a new documentary in the case of missing Selma Teenager Tarasha Benjamin, the film claims her boyfriend Ellis ” Waun” Walters hired two men to abandon the teenager in Florida after she alledgedly damaged his car after an argument.
The two men who was alledgedly hire was Christopher Dukes or close friend or relative and Kostavious Walker. In trying to reach out to both of the men, the producer contacted Youlanda Moorer, Kostavious Walker’s mother, who claims her son doesn’t have a phone at the moment.
” We would love to have an interview with Mr. Walker and Mr Dukes if they are willing to tell thier side of the story”. Producer Lawyer Henderson said.
In trying to make a second attempt through Mrs. Moorer, our calls were not return.
Alabama Teen Last Seen At Yard Sale
Tarasha Benjamin said goodbye to her mother right before she left their Selma, Ala., home for a flea market in June 2010. That was the last time Tarasha’s mother saw her 17-year-old daughter.
Whether or not Tarasha made it to the flea market remains a mystery — but Selma police do know she came close to her destination. Cops say they recovered the gray Mazda Tribute that Tarasha was driving on Route 80 — just 1 mile from the flea market.
“At this point, we are just trying to figure out what exactly happened,” said Detective Michael Harris of the Selma Police Department.
The recovery of the car is one lead police are looking into. According to police, Tarasha visited a yard sale after leaving her home. There, cops say she met with a relative who borrowed Tarasha’s cell phone to make a call.
Cops Need Clues to Find Teen
Tarasha was last seen wearing blue shorts and a striped yellow and white shirt. Cops say she always wears a silver necklace.
Police say another thing to look for is the unique “Pooh” tattoo that Tarasha has on her upper right arm.”
The above was the missing case description from the AMW archive for Tarasha Benjamin. Her case was aired on the July 31st, 2010 episode of America’s Most Wanted on Fox.
It should be noted a series of bizarre updates has happened since, the most being a controversial documentary made about the case. The 2013 documentary claimed that a Deputy Sheriff named Bart Watkins hired a fake cop to linked up with former members of the Selma PD, along with Benjamin’s own boyfriend, associates and friends to stage Tarasha’s disappearance.
The Maury Povich show also did a segment on Tarasha’s disappearance where a psychic (*sigh*) said Tarasha was being held against her will in Florida. Benjamin’s family visited Florida, but the lead came up empty.
Thoughts? I don’t know what to think of some of the wild theories being floated around but I will say the one good thing about these bizarre updates is at least they keep the case in the public eye. Hopefully one day something concrete is found that leads to answers in this case.
